This little tutorial is for all those Windows Media Player fans out there who do not want to switch to other players when they want to play a .flv(flash video) files. Each time you download a video from you tube, it is saved with the extension of .flv which is not supported by Windows Media Player.
There is a plugin PlayFLV, with which you can play FLV files on Windows Media Player.
You just have to download PlayFLV plugin and install it. Then Play FLV associates itself with the .flv files and the next time you play any FLV files, it will automatically open in Windows Media Player.
