Earlier i told you guys on creating PDF files through third party software, and today while i was going through other blogs i found a really simple way on creating PDF files using the google docs. No third party softwares or anything is required for the procedure.

If you have not been using Google Docs for making documents or presentation, well not you have a reason to start using it. Google Docs a free service from Google which is an online alternate to on creating documents, spreadsheets, or presentations online. You can use your Google account to sign in and use the service free. You can even back up the files to your computer by using the tutorial we shared with you guys earlier here.

Creating PDF Files:

- First, create a new document, which is similar to that of Microsoft Word, Presentation, Form or a Spreadsheet, depending on whatever you want to create PDF for.

- Then copy or paste any information you might have created already or you can use the upload button of the navigation bar to upload the document you already have created to appear on Google Docs.

- Now open the document and select File and under Download File as, select PDF. And you are done.

You can also upload spreadsheets to convert to text documents, Word or HTML and convert them to PDF format. If you do not have a google account, you can go the Google Docs page and select sign up there. its hardly a 2 min job.
