The fifth generation iPod nano brings something not seen in any iPod before- A Video camera (640×480). Along with an integrated mic, users can surely have some fun making videos along with recording audio. However this camera can not capture still images.
The latest iPod is currently offered in 9 different colors to choose from and an amazing list of features.
The new FM tuner along with two features, iTunes Tagging and Live Pause is also an addition to the new iPod nano. iTunes Tagging lets you create a list of the songs you like on the radio so that when you sit to download the songs you dont forget what their names were. Live Pause lets the user pause live radio transmission and rewind upto 15 minutes and then fast forward to catch up to the live broadcast.
Other features like VoiceOver and Pedometer also make the new iPod nano more interesting. VoiceOver speaks the name of the artist and the name of the song you’re listening to. Pedometer is an addition to the nike+ipod kit. it can count each step taken while walking or running.
The new iPod nano is available in 8GB for approximately $150 and 16GB for approximately $180.
A larger display and a polished anodized aluminum finish in 9 vibrant colours makes the new iPod nano something to put in your ‘gadgets to shop for’ list.
