Mozilla launched its first Firefox browsers for mobile phone users for Nokia’s Maemo. The Firefox for Maemo 5 platform has many interesting features that make it different from other mobile browsers like opera mini. You can get Mozilla Firefox in two of Nokia’s device –N900 and N810. The Firefox is supported on Nokia’s open source based on Linux Maemo operating system. This will enable users to know and work on their mobile phone like they used to on their desktop. Mozilla is trying to provide one Web that users can access no matter where they are located or what device they are using.
Some of the best features are its awesome bar which will lead you to your favourite sites with just couple of key strokes and personalized searching. Mozilla released add on that is YouTube enabler so that adopters can install to view YouTubes videos. Mozilla has bookmark and history syncing extension i.e. Weave Sync 1.0 for its mobile phones. The add-ons will help in customizing your Firefox by adding small pieces of functionality. You can browse safely by getting instant Web Site ID and can access easily and edit security settings. Firefox for mobile is providing a platform for developers to create rich applications. And it’s available in more than 30 languages.
