Apple, on July 2,published a press release to new iPhone 4 users about the famous reception problem when gripping the phone in the left hand. Apparently, the problem is not a faulty design of Apple. It seems that Apple had a faulty formula that showed the reception higher than it really is and this causes a high amount of loss in reception when the phone is handled tight in hand. Apple has found a new way of taking revenge from Google as they have banned the word “Android” from their application store. This incident happened with a developer when his application gets rejected because he has “Android” word in the description of the application. Condition was made that if he drops the word from description the app will be allowed. The approval process of Apple is a tough one which leaves developers in dilemma as to why their apps were rejected. They received a notice from Apple’s app approval department stating that when they reviewed the product they found the application having inappropriate or irrelevant platform information in the application description. The iSlate which is rumoured to be the upcoming tablet is a computing device from Apple. iSlate is sometimes referred as Apple Tablet or iPad. Apple still hasn’t given any confirmation regarding the development of a tablet which would be named iSlate.
This iSlate is expected to be a 10 inch multi-touch display made by Innolux which is a subsidiary of Foxconn. The large screen would be a major hit for videos and movies. Earlier Apple released its OS 3.0 firmware for iPhone, iPhone 3G, and iPhone 3GS but recently it got hit by a wave of iPhone users who noticed that a simple SMS could remotely take over the victim’s iPhone and control the iPhone.
