Well, I have the solution for you guys, with which you wont need any formatting of your hard drive or your data being lost. There is a tool i found called Virtual PC from Microsoft, with which you can easily install Windows XP on Windows Vista.
With this simple software, it creates a virtual environment within your Vista running PC, which means you wont need any creation of separate partition on your hard drive or format it for the installation.

Today, I found out this amazing freeware with which you can easily create passsword protected encrypted partitions on your USB drive. It came really handy, when I had to share my USB with a friend of fine and I had some family photos and videos on it. To avoid copying all the stuff to my PC and later copy back to USB drive, I found this freeware called Rohos Mini Drive.
The feature it offers is its awesome security. It does not show the used partition volume if somebody checks the space left on the USB drive when the partition is hidden. Also, you won’t need any special program to edit or open your password protected partition. It will prompt you a password and you can easily access your partition, you won’t even need the Administrative Privileges for it.

One thing I discovered was to have a secure connection when I use Gmail so that the data transferred e.g. my passwords or session details to the Gmail servers are not being used by someone.
This usually happens when you use Gmail over an open network like on any public network, anyone can temper with your data that was shared between you PC and the Gmail data center as the network is not secure and is open to everyone. This usually results in your email accounts getting into wrong hands and can gain access to your sensitive data, maybe your bank statements or confidential login details.
To protect your account from being used by someone, ill be telling you guys on enabling secure internet connection over Gmail. This would really help those people who access internet from public places.
