Windows 7 has been making news every single day and its beta editions are already out for trials. It is predicted that Windows 7 will be introduced to the world on 24th January 2009.

Till then if you have been following Windows 7 updates and wants to try it on your PC running on Windows Vista or XP, then today’s tutorial will help you dual boot your pre-existing OS plus Windows 7. It’ll help you adjust partitions your hard drive for the Windows 7 installation and will not dump any of your current settings of your PC.

Most of you guys out there have experienced this that when you try installing Windows XP on Vista, the installation fails telling you that an updated version of Windows is installed and then you have to format your hard drive to first remove the pre-existing Windows Vista so that you can install a fresh copy of Windows XP.

Well, I have the solution for you guys, with which you wont need any formatting of your hard drive or your data being lost. There is a tool i found called Virtual PC from Microsoft, with which you can easily install Windows XP on Windows Vista.

With this simple software, it creates a virtual environment within your Vista running PC, which means you wont need any creation of separate partition on your hard drive or format it for the installation.

Windows 7 news are flooding as Microsoft prepares to unveil their lates windows to the world. I know you cant wait for it, neither can i as i am expecting a much improved operating system from vista which uses less RAM and performs better. Although the Windows 7 stats are quite convince as Windows 7 took less time than Windows Vista to boot up on the same specification PCs.

Yes, Gravity Blue just got a new theme. Thanks to releaseLive for sharing this theme in his post. The theme is really simple, an awesome blend of white, grey and orange, I totally loved it. I will also be adding the multi language availability feature, so that people who have problem reading English will now be able to select their respective countries to find the posts translated to their language.

Well, let’s get on with the post. Earlier I shared with you guys on making a custom installation CD for Windows XP to easily get your computer on the previous working conditions with all your applications installed after you install the fresh copy of windows and today, ill be telling you guys on installting a fresh copy on Windows Vista using your USB drive.

To begin with, you will need a minimum of 3GB USB flash drive to get yourself ready for copying installation files onto.

Hello reader, I know its been a long time since I have posted anything. I am really sorry about it. I was having some issues with my host, they are pretty much fixed now and my blog is back on. I am really sorry about the last week.

Well, earlier I shared with you guys on changing removable drive icon for Windows XP and now I have found an awesome freeware with which you can easily change your removable drive icon. This also works amazing with your Hard drive icons and best of all, you just have to make couple of clicks to change the icon rather making codes and stuff.

Earlier I told you guys on sharing internet between vista computers and while I was writing that article my friend called me over to his place fix sharing internet between his new Vista PC and the other Windows XP PC.

After sometime, I managed to solve the problem and today I will sharing it with you guys so you can easily connect your two PCs together.

The latest feature introduced by Microsoft called Windows Vista Network Map, really makes networking really easy but does not help when you connect your Windows XP with it.

After trying everything on my PC, I came to check if workgroups has to do something with networking two PCs together, and there it was. The default workgroup for windows XP is MSHOME; while for Windows Vista, it is WORKGROUP. So the change in the default workgroups creates the first issue.
